We stayed at the Esmeralda Hotel for a week whilst walking in mountains behind the Costa Blanca.The hotel was good value for money, the room was large with a nice balcony. The food was a good buffet for breakfast and dinner.
From the moment we arrived we both experienced amazing service from the people on the front desk to the people behind the bar. We had an all inclusive package which was well worth the money. The food is served as a buffet which was ideal for us.
Beautiful hotel very clean and tasteful, lovely spacious rooms with balcony and sea view.stayed half board and food choice, quality and quantity excellent. Staff helpful and pleasant and hotel facilities and spa exceptional.
On arrival we were impressed by the hotel design and staff. THE FOOD was super and the " covid precautions" were exemplary. Our bedrooms were spacious comfortable and spotlessly clean and the view to the west from our balcony was superb.
This hotel was a great find for us. The pool area was comfortable and clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely, continental but you could order eggs of different descriptions. The quality of the bread, yoghurts, fruits, fruit juices, coffee etc was very good.
The thing that stands out for this hotel is the restaurant attached to it - food is of such high standard , have been to many Michelin star restuarants and this can match or better any of them. Staff are always really friendly and so helpful - will definitely return.
Everything still great. Lovely big room. Plenty of storage. Towels and sheets changed when needed. Plenty of choice in the restaurant. Everyone friendly. No complaints. All in all a brilliant 10 night stay. Will be returning again in the near future.
We have had a fantastic 2 weeks stay at the AR Diamante Beach here in Calpe. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable & clean. The food is lovely with plenty of choice. The staff are so helpful and friendly and a credit to the hotel.
This hotel should be the place where other hoteliers go for training on how to be the perfect hotel! There is nothing to complain about...the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
We are very happy that we ended up here the food is excellent the staff are great particularly David (or smiling boy as we called him.) Rooms good everywhere clean weather fantastic.
We had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, stunning views and a lovely quiet location. All staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating, from reception, to entertainment, to lifeguards, to bar staff.
For a mega fun family holiday, great kids club, loads of drinks and good food and night entertainment then look no further.
