The Esmeralda Fitness Club & Spa offers you exceptional equipment and the expertise of a team of qualified professionals to give you tips on how to make the most of the equipment as well as to impart lessons such as Spinning, Aerobics, Aqua-gym sessions in the hotel’s heated indoor pool, and many other possibilities.

At the AR Diamante sports centre we have a Pilates Studio as well as a Personal Training regime.

Therapeutic Massage:

- Therapeutic massage: This massage improves the circulation, helps recover mobility and eases pain, leaving you feeling relaxed (30/50 min.).

- Sports massage: The aim of this massage is to prepare athletes for sporting events (30/50 min.).

- Thermal-therapeutic massage: The ideal treatment to relieve muscular pains. First a special mud pack is applied, followed by a therapeutic massage with the added benefits of a bio-thermal lamp (60 min.).
